In-Season Rates from $129 to $219 per night 
plus 8% NYS sales tax and 4% lodging tax.

We are happy to accept personal checks or cash.

~ Cancellation Policy ~
One nights deposit required with reservation three days or less with a cancelation of 14 days prior to the first night of stay.

For stays of one week or more - 50% down with a 30 day notice prior to the first night stay for a full refund.

for the convenience of our guests
